With a history dating back to 1962, the PEMCO brand has evolved into an established name, earning the trust of millions of customers worldwide. The decisive turning point in our modern history was the acquisition of the plant in Klaipeda by SCT-Vertriebs GmbH in 2004.
This acquisition laid the foundation for our philosophy of production from a single source. It marked the beginning of the comprehensive modernization and strategic expansion of our production capacities. In the course of this process, we consolidated all crucial competencies: from the development of advanced formulas in our R&D labs, including our proprietary SCT ESTER technology, to fully automated blending and filling processes and the in-house production of all packaging. This is how we ensure the uncompromising quality for which PEMCO is known.
The PEMCO product range includes more than 100 different names of synthetic and semi-synthetic motor oils and fluids:

The foundation of PEMCO’s quality is our rigorous, three-stage control process according to ASTM standards, which applies to every single product batch. After blending, the exact chemical composition is verified; during storage, stability is monitored; and before filling, final compliance with all specifications is ensured. Samples are also archived for up to three years to guarantee long-term quality. This meticulous process ensures that our most advanced lubricants, enhanced with SCT ESTER technology, meet the most demanding requirements.

OUR GLOBAL MANUFACTURING POWERHOUSE
To meet the demands of customers worldwide, all PEMCO products are manufactured in our own state-of-the-art facilities. This global infrastructure is our commitment to quality and scale, backed by decades of industry expertise.
Our production network spans a total area of 70,000 m² and features a combined tank capacity of 65 million liters, operated by a dedicated workforce of over 400 professionals. This integrated system gives us complete control over the entire value chain, from the careful selection of base oils to the final packaging and global distribution.
